Away from work, Sean and his wife enjoy spending time with their 3 children. Aviation, cricket, and rugby union are his other interests.
 
With a professional foundation in sales, technical and business leadership roles, Sean McCaffrey commenced a specialist business development support consultancy in 2010. The driver was a conviction that a targeted and scalable business development service provider would offer a cost effective adjunct to his client's in-house sales and marketing efforts.
 
Over a 25 year career Sean has delivered regional management, business development, commercial and pursuit leadership roles across a broad spectrum of market sectors ranging from multi-national design engineering and construction corporations through to niche software houses, human resources, infrastructure advisory and project management companies.
