- Georgiou Group continues east coast business expansion.
Fortem was recently engaged by West Australian based Georgiou Group to manage a number of strategic tender responses.
Working closely with Georgiou's in-house submission team, we managed the submission of major bridge and road construction proposals in support of Georgiou's continued business expansion on the eastern seaboard.
- Fortem assists MCG Group to achieve TMR Contractor accreditation.
MCG Civil was recently granted contractor certification by Queensland Main Roads, allowing the business to access more sizeable work opportunities with the Department.
Fortem provided turn key management of the submission, working closely with MCG operations, financial and IT teams to achieve this important result.

- Watpac secures Police Academy Civil Works.
Fortem provided expertise for Watpac's successful bid for a major program of civil works for the new Queensland Police Academy precinct development.
In addition to ad-hoc assistance to the Watpac proposal team, Fortem also contributed to post submission reviews with the client prior to award.
- Bollero contracts with Fortem for business development advice.
Fortem consulted with VDM-Bollero on a number of pre-qualifications and formal tender responses associated with major camp construction projects in Gladstone and the Bowen Basin.
We also assisted Bollero to achieve accreditation with major EPCM contractors, positioning the business for further growth.
- Fortem consults to winning Peak Downs Highway Diversion team.
Fortem was engaged by Watpac Civil and Mining to assist their proposals team to develop submissions relating to the Caval Ridge coal mine development near Moranbah, Queensland.
A major diversion of the Peak Downs highway and ancillary road works in the region were successfully tendered for.
- Fortem provides VDM Group with Business Development Assistance
VDM Group engaged Fortem to provide both proposal management and business systems advice nationally over a 6 month period.
Core activities included business process engineering, bid performance reporting, and the recruitment of a number of personnel into the business development group.
- Fortem assists PKL Recruitment
PKL Recruitment engaged Fortem to provide assistance to their Brisbane office. Primarily involved in temporary personnel and general office support recruitment, PKL were looking to expand into the Queensland Government sector.
Fortem assisted with proposal management and GITC Prequalification preparation.
